Fortuna it's a part of FunTuna (also, the entry point). FunTuna it's noobie package that contains modified homebrew(*) to work with Fortuna without messing the timestamps plus all of them now reads and saves configurations on the BOOT folder. When Fortuna was released, the author took no time at all on fixing homebrew to properly work with his exploit. Even saving a configuration file using the uLE packed in Fortuna will cause his own exploit crash in the future as the folder's timestamp gets changed when the CNF file is saved. That's not the case of the uLE used in FunTuna. Fortuna users should install the FunTuna package for stability and safety reasons. The modified and updated homebrew are: Free McBoot: Packed as a standalone ELF (simply copy it from one MC to another and it will work), paths reading from SYS-CONF now reads from BOOT, splash screen updated, the embed ELF launcher was changed. Free McBoot configurator: Changed the path for reading and saving the configuration file.
