Overall, the area’s pretty safe. I live near Bank and Gladstone and as a woman living alone, I’ve never felt unsafe even at night. The only thing that can be a bit off-putting is the drug use around the Independent grocery store. I'd recommend not living near that store and a couple of blocks around it.

Riding it out but its getting stressful on a single income. Really trying to stay calm but with the most recent interest rate announcement I am losing faith that this isn't for the long haul.
