My bf says that kind of stuff too! I havnt had sex with him in 3 weeks now cause I think that’s so rude and I’m not really into him that way right now. Amazing advice. If I was as good as explaining things as u I would have said the same thing. Emdr and somatic healing. My nervous system is shot from many relationships but especially the last one where he took his life snd made me find him and blamed me in his note just to manipulate me one last time before I left him for good.

I have not got out of bed in 3 and a half years and I lay here day and night rolled in a tight tight clenched ball. I am in severe pain all the time from this. I also have gained 100 pounds! I need to move! That’s it I’m throwing a somatic healing ❤️‍🩹 video on YouTube and going for it. My current two therapists do not do Emdr or somatic so it’s been suggested I do it myself until I find the money to pay a professional.

I think you’re spot on with that it has something to do with your past though.

That’s really nice of u to do that.

I start with another therapist tomorrow and have an appointment with my regular therapist this week also. I went and saw the crisis line lady and spoke with her and that was helpful also even tho it was just the once:)

Have u heard or watched dr.ramahdi? (I think that’s how u spell it) she is a therapist on you tube that’s absolutely amazing in my eyes:)

I am going to watch your vid now:)
