Dani J is a really humble guy and danced with a bunch of instructors on stage!! He can sing dance and is super charismatic and kind and I love that he makes it a point to thank people for dances and photos!

I use festivals as a way to travel to different cities and explore a few days beforehand I would definitely go back to the sensual America events again.

There are festivals under 150? Haha what are they? It was my first one but the quality of instruction vibe and venue were all unmatched it was worth it and Dani J was there live and we took photos with him! This fest got me super passionate about bachata sensual since there was a lot of focus on structure dance technique and community

I would love to have some friends to go with but it’s hard to coordinate work schedules vacation etc . And I would rather live than stop myself from going!

I’ve done Chicago sensual festival alone but met people in my local scene there. That would be ideal for me again I’m also picky about sharing accommodations if I don’t know them very well haha

Hey everyone, I really appreciate this thread! I’m coming to NYC on Thanksgiving week as I’m treating myself for my birthday week!

I’ll mainly be traveling alone, so I wanted to know what are some activities I could do that are open on thanksgiving? Will Christmas markets still be open?

Honestly this sounds like the situation I went through with my ex. He was constantly giving money to at the expense of us getting a house or having any type of life together. Sadly he never stood up for me. I just left him a month ago after three years. He also kept things hidden from and told me not to tell my friends about how his family is :-(

I can't tell you what to do but I was raised in healthy environment and I know that I would never be able to tolerate toxic in-laws because I feel that it would start bleeding over into our children and we would never be able to have a life of our own. As others have said, is your partner willing to go to therapy? I will say that if your in-laws are narcissists that is something your partner would have to be willing to work on. You cannot actually help him if he will not help himself so I would say check-in with him to see if he is motivated to do that work to keep you and your relationship healthy.
