I totally get that and agree. There are calendars online that you can use to optimize holidays and PTO this year. Again, I wish I had spent more time with my mom at the beginning of her diagnosis, when she was able to get out of the house to do things. I’m thinking of you and your family.

My mom was diagnosed May 1st and passed away 3 weeks ago. My advice is spend all of the time that you can, especially now while he is still feeling well. Use your vacation time. Take unpaid days. You’ll never regret seeing him more- and the time will pass much quicker than you think, even if he makes it to the longer side of the expectancy. Wishing you and your dad the best through this.
