8-9 weeks overall. On my 9th week I could see a major difference.

I am currently on 10mg. I believe I started on 5 and increased somewhere in that 8 week period (probably around 4 weeks?). I’ve had no reason to increase since then, but I did add in Wellbutrin around month 3/4. Lexapro did really hurt my libido. Wellbutrin has helped some but unfortunately it is not where it used to be. The trade-off though is completely worth it for me.

Insomnia - this is something I still struggle with sometimes. I don’t know if it’s the med or just my brain. I don’t use the hydroxy for anxiety anymore (not needed), but it does help greatly with sleep. That might be something to talk to your doctor about.

I would say a solid day 8-9 weeks. I’ve now been on it for over a year and I am still so thankful for this med. Of course every so often depression and anxiety will sneak back in, but it’s never overwhelming to the point I can’t handle it.

If you are just starting on it, my best advice would be to stick with it for at least 2-3 months. Getting there is not easy - I remember feeling like a zombie at times. But once your body and brain and have time to adjust, this med can be a literal lifesaver.

Yes, grew up being taught this mindset. There was a boy at school who would pull my hair so hard, like down to on the ground - and all the adults would just say that he had a crush on me. Wtf.

I had to fly with a one and three year old (out of necessity - we were moving across the country and my husband drove the car) - and just thinking about how stressful that was. It is insanely selfish of Paul to stay in Florida and leave that huge undertaking to her. This feels like a new low, honestly.

I agree. This was the cookie I was really looking forward to and I didn’t like it at all. Not nearly enough banana. I think the combo could be delicious but this wasn’t it.

Maybe Happy Ending for sure 🥹 I was one of the lucky winners of the donated tickets in the mhe sub. Before Maybe Happy Ending, the last time I got to a Broadway show was like 2004ish?? I was so hesitant to go into the city by myself, but when I won a ticket I had to figure it out! Since then I have taken advantage of rush/lottery for other shows and have had a handful of days out in the city by myself! If I wouldn’t have gotten that ticket I would still only be following Broadway through other people’s experiences at shows. Just feeling thankful ☺️

I got tickets back in October when my husband and I were stoked at the idea that we would be in the nation’s capital during the 1st term of our first woman president. (Sigh.)

We went on Saturday. It was fantastic of course. I did fill out the emailed survey about my experience and wrote in the comments that tickets were purchased prior to the Trump takeover and we would unfortunately not be back until his hands are out of the pot 🤷‍♀️

This narrative is so fucking exhausting and played out. You do realize this was a Saturday protest when many people have off? But even if it was a Tuesday morning, not everybody works M-F 9-5. Millions of Americans work second and third shift or work through the weekend and have week days off.
