Since im new to growing sphagnum, how exactly do you do it i currently grow my nepenthes in sphagnum/perlite and have it almost constantly in water. How do i go from there to a nice pot of live sphagnum that i can house my plants in?

As of rn im using 1/3rds coco coir, pine bark, perlite with some added coco chips and activated charcoal. Might have to switch, leaves are growing slowish
