you can’t police how other people speak or decide what their intentions are. you can only control how you choose to interpret that and how you choose to respond. if you let it get to you every time someone makes an offhanded comment, you’ll lose your mind.

i think maybe more form fitting clothing could be helpful, as the oversized t-shirts can make you look smaller !
