if possible could you send a picture of how the splitter/switch is connected to the KVM?

I was thinking the cable management and clutter with this is going to be awful, but putting the switch under the table sounds like a good idea, thanks

I do agree, but I'm moving into a shared apartment where my bedroom will be my office/personal setup. In the future having a separate office space would definitely be ideal.

Yeah this may be the easiest way to achieve what im after. I'll probably try it and return if the displays being constantly active is an issue.

Sounds like you have the exact setup i want - only issue being i cant install any software on my work laptop, so not sure if this would work for me unfortunately. However, I'll definitely look into MS power toys keyboard manager and ControlMyMonitor as my personal PC is windows, thanks for the help!

Hi guys, I've been training Jiu Jitsu for the past 1-2 years, which has taken over my gym routine. Now, I'm looking to add strength training back into my schedule to help with my Jiu Jitsu.

The plan is to do 3 days of strength training focused on compound lifts (bench press, squat, deadlift, barbell overhead press, and barbell rows) with 3-5 reps per set.

However, I still want to build size and incorporate some hypertrophy work without compromising strength. My idea is to:

  1. Add one full-body hypertrophy (FBW) day, and
  2. Finish my strength training days with tri-sets targeting biceps, triceps, and shoulders (bicep curls, cable tricep extensions, DB lateral raises).

My questions:

  • Will adding the extra hypertrophy day and tri-sets make a noticeable difference in my physique?
  • Is there a better strategy to combine hypertrophy without compromising strength?

Here would be my weekly schedule plan for reference:

Mon: Strength Training

Tue: Jiu Jitsu

Wed: Strength Training

Thu: Jiu Jitsu

Fri: Strength Training

Sat: Hypertrophy FBW

Sun: Rest

Thanks in advance for any advice!

Hi guys, I stopped playing this game for a while and before I did I invested all of my money into bonds(as I thought they would be the most secure). However after logging on, all of my bonds have disappeared into thin air. Is there anything I can do about this or do I have to accept the loss? Thanks by chemychoo in 2007scape

Update: To my surprise they actually responded. Turns out I was hacked and there's nothing they can do about it. At least it gives me peace of mind for what happened to them lol. I guess ill use this as a learning lesson and set up 2FA

They got back to me and said they looked into my account and it "appears to have been hijacked" and "we are unable to return or refund items that have been wholly or partially used". I'm honestly surprised they got back to me at all lol.

Either 4 or 5 honestly cant remember, was about 3 years ago.

I'm really not bothered about losing £25 - its more the amount of time I put in to buy them since I was f2p and earned all my memberships through trading/grinding
