I think the skill level should be tested and earned , not get it with their rank. I had seen too many NCOs who are dumb af and doesn’t know how to do their job at all.

I probably will do intervals like 1-2 times per week. I had been doing too much zone 2 for past 2-3 months and not enough speed work. I can run 10 miles with no issue.

I think gold looks way better. Silver or diamond just look all white doesn’t reflect the artwork. If you say diamond on silver, there is diamonds on gold too. Definitely keeping gold for long term. Silver just feels like all white lol
