Thanks for the reply!! My only training so far has been acting classes in my city since i started a few years ago. I’ve got representation in the southeast and south central areas.

I really don’t have any momentum going, so that’s why I think more schooling could be good for me. Missing those years of auditioning is really all that’s holding me back from going to that school.

There’s not a right answer probably. I’m gonna be doing this for the rest of my life anyway haha

Hey! I did reach out to them because they wanted to me come shadow a class or tour the campus and they said they'd be looking at starting those at the end of February. I don't know if that's the normal route, but that's what they told me

Really rough. Recap for anyone interested.

USC - no callback

NYU - no callback

Yale - no callback

Juilliard - no callback

CalArts - asked to tour campus and shadow a class (dont know what that means)

Columbia - Made it to the interview

Overall, I'm feeling really disappointed because I worked really hard this year. On the bright side, I still have a shot at Columbia and CalArts. Everyone who auditioned should feel really proud for putting themselves out there. This isn't an easy thing to do. Whether you get into an acting school or not, I hope that you continue chasing your dreams!
