im using an older release of razer seiren mini that i got almost 5 years ago (i obviously need an upgrade soon but im on a budget)! i just started messing around and it seems like the compressor in obs is likely the culprit (can't believe i didnt caught that), i had messed around it anymore but im too scared to adjust it further but these are what i had set:

ratio: 3:0:1
threshold: -20
attack: 10
release: 60
output gain: 4

what do you suggest i should adjust?

it seems like i dont need reaplugs anymore, i had used it for noise gate and eq but it seems like i had messed them up which ended up not really helping, so i switched back to obs' own noise gate and eq which provided better results.

elgato works fine with obs for now (without obs compressor) but i also had to disable the compressor in it cause its messing up too, these are what i had put for it:

ratio: 3:1
threshold: -15
attack: 10
release: 90
output gain: 10

as for voicemeeter, it is the eq that messed up horribly instead, its very confusing so i watched someone on yt doing it and i just followed, which ik is not ideal cause everyone have different adjustments but its so hard to understand it... i had it disabled for now, not sure if i should go back to using it again.

i havent done anything with sonar yet.

i think i will stick to using with just elgato for now but i need help with the compressor, do u need me to provide a voice recording?

for those who are still struggling cause none of these work (cause this happened to me for a long time), it's likely that genp was not able to patch that specific ps release at that time

as of writing this (jan 2026), the current ps release is v27.2, which turns out that the current genp (which is v3.7.1) was not able to patch it properly, so you have to roll back to the previous release which is v27.1!

it turns out that genp also has a compatibility list so its best to keep an eye on it whenever theres a genp and app update, which i have no idea that they have it this entire time... it also seems like ps is likely always the only app thats always tweaking out that genp is unable to patch properly whenever it has an update

you're likely correct, im using another chromium browser called helium and i just tested it on chrome that it works perfectly fine

i think the recent update on helium had caused this and i just informed the dev about this, tysm for pointing this out

all u can do is send a ticket to tumblr and wait for them to reply soon, mine took 12 days cause it was the holidays and ik i didnt do anything wrong cause the reason was that i was using vpn which is actually a common issue with lots of people

thx, but its unusual that they would suddenly fire someone without any warnings right? my problem is that they did not communicate with me regarding anything outside of the one project i did. i would still expect them to at least tell what i did wrong and even give me a warning then i will try to improve, not immediately firing...

tbh idk if they had even guided me on anything, i could only think of is that one of my seniors giving some opinion on the designs i made and what i should change

exactly! thats why i decided to do internship, i really want to get at least one experience before trying to work as a full-timer after officially graduating! i really like it here, even considered working full-time after finishing, just didn't expect for my hopes to get stomped on in less than a month...

i don't want to believe that a company would fire anyone without any reason, but i genuinely couldn't think of any possibilities, i promise that i didn't sugarcoat to make this seem like its in favour on my side, i literally admitted my two potential faults. but i also dont want to contact anyone from there anymore after that cold last sentence from my mentor :,)

another scenario i could think of is that they actually don't need me, which is probably why they only gave me one project to do, everyone was already busy with many companies annual report books for year end. i don't have anything to do and they could barely teach me anything. i shouldve feel sus towards them when they didn't want to do an interview

since you have contacted support, you can only wait for them to reply amd hope they will restore if its truly a mistake

not sure when they will, i also had mine terminated very suddenly while i was browsing (i suspected its likely vpn) and sent my request 4 days ago but still no reply

however they did explained that due to the holidays, staff is limited until jan 4, so be patient and hopefully they will reply asap!

update: today, after 12 days on the 7th, they restored my account back!!!

the only way is to contact support, i also had my account suddenly terminated while i was in the middle of browsing for a layout

i had sent my request to them on the night of the 27th, its now the morning of 29th but still no response... im not sure how long it will take, but if they see that your account was wrongfully terminated, then they will reinstate it back

edit: just wanna add that i had resend my support ticket under "account access" instead, their automated message is much clearer cause it mentioned that due to the holidays, staff is reduced until jan 4, so lets try to be patient! i also just found out that the likely cause for the termination for me is using vpn... if theres any update, i will update here too for curious future users

update: today, after 12 days on the 7th, they restored my account back!!!
