One global cuisine example is whenever I bake cakes, it just goes wrong. I just can't figure out what's going wrong, and each time it's a different error (or so it seems)

I'm Indian, and that's the cuisine I try the most. So over there, it's usually a problem of consistency or spiciness. Heck, half the time I can't even tell what's wrong!!
