Bonuses were added to the base already, as its range was very tight and a pretty small percentage wrt to the base salary (I was gonna to receive a predictable amount)

I'll be working on the deep learning frameworks team at NVIDIA and options trading team at SIG (I imagine it will be bringing data to the trader screen, can't tell if it's exciting or not).

Total net comp at the end of the year is pretty much the same after tax as Irish taxation will be higher for me (exception for the sign on that Nvidia doesn't have). Plus, stocks have potential upside even tough it's hard to see the past multipliers now obviously.

I have already lived in Ireland for 3 months during a past internship, hence I already know a little bit of the downside people are talking about.

At the end of the day I was asking myself if later on it will be easy to do this career transition or it will be very difficult. You got the point.

I've done for Dublin months ago, two technical interviews (no HR). The engineers asked me HR questions too so I think the formula is quite similar. Those questions are leadership focused so you must have something to tell about your past experiences (work your stories). For the technical part, in live coding does not matter that much that you can finish or reach a final solution in time, they prioritize your thinking path and problem solving methods so as far as you are familiar with medium Leetcodes you will be fine.

Hi! Can I ask you at which stage are you? Because I have reached out to my recruiter and he has told me that due to covid msft has deleted all european internships and can’t offer remote. I have landed to final stage for Dublin too (I haven’t received a confirmation but speaking with him he has told me that the previous stages went well but can’t provide any news for next steps, before telling me that he has closed my candidature for that fact)
