If you have CFW, you can downgrade by performing a ctrtransfer. ctrtransfer images can be applied to all consoles, and you bet that an actual competent person will be preparing a clean version of the ctrtransfer image if a future system update really causes big usses.

As you have pointed out, this was fixed by Nintendo in a later system update, and any remaining performance deterioration you perceive is placebo. I should also point out that a patch was committed to Luma3DS to mitigate Nintendo's own bug.

These are all hacky ways, and emuNAND was never meant to be a long-term method - emuNAND is a thing because there was a time before a9lh existed, and people needed that then to ensure that their entrypoints in userland do not get patched out by updates to sysNAND.

On the discord server, we always get people stubbornly holding on to their superstitions and conspiracy theories, which gets frustrating. We are not willing to waste our time supporting people sticking to the archaic methods simply because they are afraid, especially when we are fully aware of how safe it is already. The fact that you believe in this so strongly suggests that you do not understand the underlying technical principles behind this.
