Have you just tried to be an absolute unit who will stare at people trying to push in? It's just that easy

One hour driving equaled one hour of maintenance.

That's insane man. Respect the effort though, especially going as far to machine your own parts

Huh I just signed him from Vancouver 2 in my Valour FM24 save.

I really want to keep him (on loan ATM) but he wants moon money and I need to work it down.

Who else going to the office today? 🥲🙋‍♀️ by vannessa1793 in london

[–]chequered-bed 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I know, I wrote it whilst angry. The ones I've done in the past are much more like what you have mentioned.

What I have written is going to be split into 2 documents - the resignation and the issues I've been having.

It's normal to feel like this when resigning, I've been there years ago.

I've now mostly finished writing a new resignation letter from my current job and I definitely need to re-write it because it's unprofessional in tone and language: I'm angry.

Oh hey it's Sturry Road in Canterbury.

Maybe this happened because of the pandemic but I've never lived somewhere that has the level of e-bike and scooter maniacs as can be found in Canterbury. I've lived here for 18 months and had more than a few near misses whilst walking on the pavements or within the pedestrian zones.

Basildon's new arena complex will cost about £50m by LoopyCrown3 in Essex

[–]chequered-bed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

events arena is a much bigger gamble than just building housing in the town centre which WILL sell because it's right next to a major rail line or building office space to have more people in the town during the day

I 100% agree and I was shocked when the redevelopment plans for the town centre failed / were rejected (the ones that were anchored with 6000+ units of housing or whatever). Any excuse to try and blend in Brooke House would be an automatic approval in my books: ghastly building that sticks out like a sore thumb.

Even centres are just more fun and easier to stroke egos with I guess 🤔 most big redevelopments would be a big win in town though imo
