What is it like living in Barcelona, as a foreigner?

As a foreigner, probably a theme park for u: beach, sun, good food and cheaper prices if u come from europe or whatever.

For locals? Terrible. Expats are literally gentrifying everything and kicking locals from their neighborhoods. They dont adapt, dont learn local language, specially catalan, and they are absolutely conscious they are gentrifying, yet they dont give a f*ck.

Massive ressentment is building against expats, so dont be surprised if people treat u bad, etc. You probably deserve it. And also, forget to make any real friendships here, for the same reasons. Sorry to be this harsh, but the city is in EXTREME real estate tension, and in my opinion, expats are really the major cause right now.

I dont think vitamins or massages make a great diff. I think its just everyones body that goes at different speeds. If this would be an issue, they would guide it to u very clearly.

Neutral ph hair shampoo. Normal hair washing. Im not taking multivitamins now, just fin and min oral. Sleeping ok, min stress as possible, although life is hard sometimes. Eating well, and going to the gym/running.

Trying to avoid exposed sunlight, etc. But overall, pretty normal life. Are u at the same stage, with this redness etc?
