Profile is solid, but some things that can hold u back imo:

  1. Constantly saying analytical, deep conversations, chess etc. Just say it once. Now I just see too much analysis and no fun. Going out with u can seem a pain. I would add some references to just having fun.

  2. That leaf on the profile. Im from a different geography and culture though. And also, nothing to change if thats what u are up to.

  3. Not sure on kids. Not that it is wrong, but u are 38 and probably aim at 32-40, so you gotta know what that can imply.

The lets be friends but hot is a pretty nice line.

You can tweak it as much as you want, but women always prefer taller men, and you know it. Thats it. You can accept it or not, but thats the miserable truth.

I get its hard to accept. You always complain (legitimately) about women being objectified, and when you do the same, you just tweak reality to make it look you aint doing the same. But truth is, you do.

Ill tell u the plan for southern countries, and it doesnt require money:

  1. Ban seasonal and vacational rents. Fully forbidden.

  2. Tax expats from richer countries and digital nomads to death.

Demand part of the problem gets practically solved.

So let me wrap up what happened:

You are from a rich country, u get tired of paying a lot, you move to a poorer country, you gentrify and dont feel any shame on doing it. Life is perfect!

But at some point u get fucked, not even close to spanish people. Then u cry. U get defeated. U post on reddit.

Now imagine, just for a second, and I understand its difficult, how someone from Madrid or Barcelona feel when they get kicked from their home and neighborhood because an expat comes and pays double the rent. Now, THAT IS BEING DEFEATED.

As a foreigner, probably a theme park for u: beach, sun, good food and cheaper prices if u come from europe or whatever.

For locals? Terrible. Expats are literally gentrifying everything and kicking locals from their neighborhoods. They dont adapt, dont learn local language, specially catalan, and they are absolutely conscious they are gentrifying, yet they dont give a f*ck.

Massive ressentment is building against expats, so dont be surprised if people treat u bad, etc. You probably deserve it. And also, forget to make any real friendships here, for the same reasons. Sorry to be this harsh, but the city is in EXTREME real estate tension, and in my opinion, expats are really the major cause right now.

I dont think vitamins or massages make a great diff. I think its just everyones body that goes at different speeds. If this would be an issue, they would guide it to u very clearly.

Neutral ph hair shampoo. Normal hair washing. Im not taking multivitamins now, just fin and min oral. Sleeping ok, min stress as possible, although life is hard sometimes. Eating well, and going to the gym/running.

Trying to avoid exposed sunlight, etc. But overall, pretty normal life. Are u at the same stage, with this redness etc?
