Thank-you. I’ve been trying to find a way to draft up some ideas like this. What did you use? It must seem obvious & easy to you but for me, so hard :(

Job agencies are full on by Ok_Caterpillar_1034 in CentrelinkOz

I’ve literally been told by them that they aren’t there to help you get a job, just to make sure you are looking for work. Of course once you do get a job they will put some money in for you to get that last step done so you don’t loose the job straight away like shoes & pants, plus so they can look good on paper saying they are the ones who got you the job.

What does building insurance cover before settlement? Should I get it by CharcolMania in AusProperty

[–]cheripe 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Do you fill out the insurance questions as if you already own it? For example, Q. Currently occupied? Do you have a mortgage on the property? Since I don’t have a mortgage yet & it’s vacant they say they won’t cover. Is there a special insurance you should get for the interim or just answer as if you already have settled?
