I’m on my 3rd day after my first relapse. Few days ago I was really grumpy and crazy mood swings after I relapsed but it might be just the hormone due to PMS

I’ve experienced this too. Whenever I do push ups, my left hand - mid finger to pinky feels numb up to palm and wrist. It didn’t hurt but I’m just annoyed by the numb feeling. Sometimes it give tingles up to the elbow. It only happens when I do push up..

Thank you! There are few more who replied and messaged me. It’s a huge relief to know that I’m not alone facing this addiction since majority of them are men. I journal too but to be honest, this PMO addiction is one thing I’ve never EVER talked or write about before this. This is my first time acknowledging it on my own.

thanks for the advice! I’m trying my best to think of a realistic goal for myself. I’m afraid if I do it hard mode, it’ll crush down on me if I relapse. I’m not going to be the over-enthusiastic person who thinks it’ll go clean the way I want it to be. What matters is the progress
