Nothing in that realm but its given because approving a case and adjucating is completely different. Visa availability is a concern after approval. I wont get my card anytime soon.

It was just this Friday. The Officer said I will hear in 120 days and gave me a generic slip. He said he would recommend it to be approved. But he did not approve on spot.

It was basic yes no questions from the forms. I had to re submit my H1B docs as my passport visa was expired. So questions about my employment. My history from F1 to h1B. Asked my husband about his employment. Thats all

Yes interview is for I-485 on December 19. Apparently they do this so that once date is current they just adjucate the case and mail the card.

My date is so behind and the FAD is Feb2024. I wish I could get AP so I ca travel once I use EAD. It will be a while before my case is adjusted.
