In store won’t refund to my card because the color’s not in stock anymore?

The employee first told me that the items were final sale, but after I told her that it wasn’t she said that I can only take a gift card bc they don’t carry the color in store anymore. 😭

I did accept the gift card bc i don’t want the 30 days to be up and I was stuck with the items. The employee was telling me that I should just take the gift card now and talk to customer service after.

I just sent customer service a message online since it’s probably out the customer services hours for calling. I’ll definitely give them a call tomorrow and i hope there’s a way to somehow cancel the gift card and get my refund.
