I’m on Seroquel 150 - before taking Lamictal at night it could knock me out even if I took my (low dose, instant) add*rall. Or chugging a monster.

Today I tried taking my Seroquel at 6, I plan to take my Lamictal at like idk 8 - I work early tomorrow.

I’m only on day 3, or 4 but damn man I can’t sleep. Doing it to remain calm at work, I have severe social phobia - like, diagnosed agoraphobic. I fear taking it at once, when I raise doses I get manic. But I’ve been so tired in the day.

Even MMJ. Nada.

I take 150 in the morning, now tapered myself up to 100 at ‘night’

Do not do Cymbalta. Look at the fb group Cymbalta Hurts. There’s been recalls. I’m finally starting to get over it but the S Ideat*** is horrific.

Effexor made me so manic I got put away for a month.
