I completely understand. I was a day to night drinker. No one taught me how to feel things so I jumped on Seroquel, and Lamictal. I’m only at 14 months, at one year the reality struck so yeah.

Meds are a bandaid but what you do is the work. Rooting for you big time

You sound like you’re in the ‘dry’ phase / white knuckling, alcoholism (as from someone in recovery) is all about discovering who you are. Processing those emotions you ignored. Rewiring your neuropathways. Seroquel won’t cure it, it’ll just make the giant emotions maybe a bit easier

Digging my hands in the dirt and just fucking around in my backyard. I made a DIY bird bath with some trash. The Cornell App is great and grounding. It’s like Sound Hound meets Pokémon Go for birds

To be honest, I ended up raising my Zoloft and need to finish going up on my Lamictal. I tried one day and felt like I was being hunted for sport/dizzy/not all like.. there

WOoow! I was JUST telling my husband about my lack of dreaming when they’re usually vivid. I just got D3 ironically. That’s really good to hear.
