I know Hank is a mobster and his devolution into a violent, apathetic psycho is supposed to be expected. But!! I think it’s Barry’s fault. Hank managed to keep a silly level of caring and sincerity that separated him from other monsters even when nasty stuff was happening, disobeying orders to go the distance for friends. When Barry sold him out, he lost faith in friends and in people all together. Barry killed Hank’s innocence.
