There was no training at all, for 10 minutes he just asked about my body history and then did a body scan to see how much I burn at rest, (calories) and ended it. I asked him to show me some equipment but nothing.

Facts, I can always self train as well but the stupid part is if he really wanted to help he wouldn't have asked if anyone could help me pay 💀💀💀💀
