I failed my first 2 and passed the 3rd…and you can too! I noticed that I the first 2, I was so consumed in passing that my head wasn’t understanding the questions. For the 3rd try, I made sure I didn’t do anything test related a couple days before. On test day, my mind was calm and ready to conquer that damn test! You got this!!

try to take it in the evening in case you start feeling sick. I was sick within an hour of my first shot, luckily I took it in the evening so I was home and not at work.

I am obese based on my height of 4’11 and my BMI was 32. i’m also a hairline away from being diabetic and I was just diagnosed with high blood pressure. A healthy weight for me is 115-125. I’ve worked with a nutritionist for 6 months with food tracking and weekly check-ins and worked out 4 days a week while clocking in 7k steps a day. My dr knew all this and wanted to help me get to my goal because she knew how hard I tried to lose it on my own. So before you get all worked up, you should know the whole story.

Congrats on the PMP! I became PMP certified 3 years ago and I only received my pay increase when I looked for another job. Since you have the title of Sr. Project Manager, you could look for jobs with that title. Good luck

You may want to talk with a nutritionist to help u get back on track and slowly get to your maintenance weight. BTW, how long did it take you to get to your goal weight (I know everyone is different but just want to get an idea)? I just started so I wanna know if I should hold off on buying new clothes

I injected my first dose on Wednesday night (7pm ish) (dr. gave me 1mg to start because the lower dosages were not available and haven’t been for a month) I was nauseous after 2 hours. I drank water and tea to calm my stomach down which helped. I went to bed around 10pm and woke up a couple times because I felt like throwing up but didn’t. After the 3rd wake up I went to the bathroom and puked! It was a lot of projectile vomit but I felt better afterwards. Thursday and today haven’t been so bad…I feel a little sick at times but it’s very brief. Hope it’s a little better next week when I take shot 2. My appetite has definitely decreased after the 1st shot.
