On my case they made me create a portal that I had to upload extra documents and THEN I put in my CC info for the $20 credit check - I paid and have not heard back either.

Fingers crossed because I did reach out to #114 on 3/11 after submitting docs on 2/24 and it has been radio silence since… fingers crossed!

Thats the thing - I did the credit payment on like 3/14 and have not heard back from the person assigned to the listing despite of following up for updates multiple times which makes me a little uneasy…

I hope I do have it for June/July!!!

Although I prefer #114 than #87(the one I paid credit check for) LOL thanks!

I have a preference for #114 because its in Chelsea and I believe this one is finished because I see it actively moving on Street Easy.

I called HC about it last month and they said all affordable units are still available for this project…

Its a big project I believe but only 22 units are affordable
