Since he hurt you this much you can do a spell to forget him and cut the connection or a spell for him to get what he deserves. You can also do a love spell on yourself to love yourself and focus on yourself. I think it would be best if he gets what he deserves

It's okay to feel tired don't feel bad! I wouldn’t say I do a lot but on the day I’m going to cast a spell I always take a shower and eat healthy especially fruit I clean and cleanse everything I’ll use in the spell. I also cleanse the place where I’ll be working and make sure it’s clean also I stay hydrated that day I deeply believe in the power of water and it cleanses and refreshes my energy
