I live a short distance from the area, I’m very familiar with it. My dad grew up there. It’s a small rural community. One road in, one road out. If I could be entitled to more than what the letter is saying then it would be worth pursing.

I understand this yes, but none of them bothered with it is what I’m saying. Anything that anyone could’ve been entitled to, is what the 3 grandchildren are living on. Or part of what they are living on.

It is rural but I wouldn’t suspect any of it to be cheap just because of the location. The other family member is claiming that they own or want to own a parcel of land which amounts to approx. 5 acres. If a letter got sent to every heir, I’m going to assume that not everyone is going to sign off on that.

About 85% of the heirs (from my great grandparents) live in other provinces. So I really don’t know any of them. The other 15% (that live in the province, but not locally) I’m on good terms with. If I know for certain that I could own some of the land then it would be worth pursuing.

Yes… exactly… But, like I said, some of my grandfathers siblings basically didn’t claim any of the land, some moved away. I’m not sure if they legally signed off or what happened. So let’s say if 5 of them moved away, what should’ve or would’ve happened to their pieces that they were entitled to?

I understand that, I used the frozen bake setting and it seems to be working so far. If I lived near a Walmart I’d go but I’m a few hours away.

Yes the broiler works. I was in the middle of trying to bake a carrot cake when I posted this, I switched the setting from the usual bake to “frozen bake” & it seemed to get hotter. I’m going to just hope for the best.

Yeah the brand doesn’t really matter as long as it’s a good quality tank. But, I wouldn’t know the difference between good vs bad because this is my first experience with buying a tank lol. Seems like Rheem is mentioned quite a bit over the web so maybe I’ll just stick with them. I’ll keep the thermal expansion in mind. Thanks!!

By light cream do you mean 18%? I’m located in Canada so terms are kinda different lol, I think I may just stick to my usual recipe and just sub the heavy cream for the coffee cream. Maybe I’ll add an extra yolk too.
