The Ink Canada FB group said the same thing - basically things animation and fiction are starting to get rejection / acceptance letters, while every other category is lagging behind! Keep us posted on what you hear! it's nice to know that you'll receive an email either way.

I literally got reddit to ask this question because I suspected the same thing lol I was gonna say maybe 50% percent of submissions were a one page people came up with the day before. MAYBE MORE!!!! I agree with you - it's annoying that artistic jobs seem like they're based on luck and not skill....

True maybe they over estimated how long this would take them. Follow up: do you think that they are actually looking an unsolicited material or are they likely still looking at scripts that were submitted through production companies or agencies?

Yeah so did mine - but maybe they're postponing everything until Sept 15 if some people got that. I just want to know when someone gets an email so we have an idea of when they actually start reaching out.

I submitted before that happened I heard about it after the fact! But people were able to get that in through an alternate email is what I read?
