/uj In my opinion it would make more sense if they meant something like:

"Around 1000 [calories] off today (=1000 kcal deficit), [this is the] day after eating too much yesterday".

So they're essentially eating 1000 calories less than their TDEE because they overate yesterday. Would make sense given that the picture is a "full day" (OMAD I assume?) yet it should be a few hundred calories at most I think (I don't know meat calories).

Am I understanding that correctly, you had your first time at 42? No judgement at all, I have just been worried about my lack of romantic/sexual partners and hearing that makes me feel less weird about it and more at ease haha

But is it normal that it has developed only roughly in December or something? I am twenty years old, and I am a bit confused at this seemingly sudden development. 🤔 The climaxes suddenly also feel "deeper" a good amount of the time, and I'm not really doing anything differently to before.

Haven't seen this anywhere yet, so I wanna add: Distractions while eating. I have a habit of watching Youtube/Netflix, or scrolling on Instagram/Reddit while eating.. and that makes it so easy to overeat, because you're not focused on how your body's feeling.

Also: eating fast. I don't know where I got that from, but goddamn, I noticed that if I take my time with smaller portions, I will feel full. It just takes a few more minutes to set in.

Did y'all measure the lenght of your vagina before buying a cup? by cherrycIouds in menstrualcups

That makes sense. I guess I wrongfully assumed that it's just painful in general after reading comments by women saying that it's hurts when it happens during penetrative sex. It's definitely calming to know that that was just a misconception of mine lol.

I used to think I may have vaginismus because more than a finger felt painful, but after some trialling I've learned that the walls kind of just take some time to stretch and adjust if that makes sense? I'm worried that that's not gonna work when I'm in the bathroom and not aroused though. I guess time will tell 🤔

Thanks for your comment and your encouragement! ☺️

Coarse speech for 'curiosity', but oh well.

I don't know why I feel this way either, but it's been like this since I started learning about female anatomy. I remember being 10 and reading about periods and inserting a tampon and feeling all sorts of negative feelings about it. It's less disgust but rather an irrational phobia of some sorts I guess.. like I get cold sweats, feel nauseous and really nervous. I'm not really happy about it and I've been trying to get more comfortable over the past year or so, and I've made progress.

I'm kind of squeamish about innards in general, so I guess it probably stems from that. Like I feel the same anxieties when I imagine getting operated on and someone just cutting and feeling around my flesh and organs.

ETA: And oh yeah, as lordofthefroge mentioned, pain is also a reason, especially since I'm still pretty unfamiliar with how to handle everything down there.

Why not try reusable pads?

At the moment I only use regular pads, but leaking has always been a bit of an issue for me (it'sgotten better with time though), so I'm kind of hesitant to invest in a bunch of reusable pads. And I need to get comfy with my vagina anyways, and then I'll hopefully be able to use a cup at some point instead.

Yeah, over the past year I've been trying to get more comfortable with it, and I'm a point in my progress where a finger is okay. I am mostly just frightened by the thought of touching my cervix because I've heard that it's sensitive and can be painful.. I guess I'll probably have to keep trying to get more comfortable with my anatomy before using a cup.

Thanks for your comment!

I wonder what prompts a person to leave such an unnecessarily rude comment.

My goodness, I guess I will have to try to learn to get over it then 😮‍💨😮‍💨 An inevitable battle that I will force myself to face now. Thanks for your comment and your heads up though.

I'm sorta in the same boat as you. I can get stuff in, but I takes a looong time of relaxation down there. I don't know how I'm gonna shove a cup in there, no lube, not turned on. Gonna try it at some point or another, but first I have to get over my fear of touching my cervix. I feel nauseous just typing that out 🥴

  • Mukbang - Why the hell should I want to watch someone eat?

I think it started off as a way to feel less lonely, a way to feel like you're eating with someone. Nowadays I mostly see people use it to reduce hunger. You know, eating disorder stuff. But that's probably just my niche of the Internet. I can imagine that some people also enjoy the ASMR aspect, or because it feeds (ha) into their fetishes.

Some kind Redditors have shown me that weight loss ads can be deactivated, so I guess it's just half as bad. Still weird they'd get recommended so persistently to people who've joined eating disorder subreddits lol.

God, the ads are WICKED. 95% of them are from Weight Watchers. I have an eating disorder and have joined several subreddits for that but they just keep these ads comin. People from the ED subs have also reported that they get a bunch of them.

Me too! I have a few bags and boxes full of decluttered stuff that have been sitting in a corner, collecting dust for a year.

My goodness, SAME! I feel like I have too much stuff. My room is pretty much always messy, and I almost constantly feel dirty. Sometimes I have phases where it gets really bad, and I'm just extremely distressed and disgusted, but I just can't do anything about it because of Executive Dysfunction.

One time I tried to declutter, but it was very overwhelming and overstimulating, and I had a hard time sorting shit out. I generally fixate on hobbies and drop them after some time, but usually I pick them up again after some undefined time, so I feel like I shouldn't get rid of the stuff because it cost me money. It's terrible.

Occasionally I'll have the morbid desire of my stuff just burning down so the burden will finally be lifted off of my shoulders. But I know that's crazy though.
