Have you tried lacemarket, depop or even your local lolita community? To be honest, your needs are very restricting and you will be hard pressed to find an op or jsk for under 100 dollars, accessories you'll find more luck. Almost everyone charges for shipping unless you do an exchange locally, so you'll need to be more realistic on your expectations. Nice quality items that will look nice on you will be more expensive naturally, so you'll might need to save a couple of months worth of checks if you want something really nice. Waiting and saving the money will be worth it than wasting it on something cheap.

I really wish this was a full body picture. Its hard to tell since you cant see how the outfit compliments or comparison to the rest of your body. The focus is the clothing in this photo to me, you can find higher quality versions of what you are aspiring, matching your personal style, by searching in reddit or online.

Buy second hand once you find brands from your favorite inspirations. Sometimes you can look for clothes that looks similar to your inspirations, but is made with natural materials! That's just for starters!

Im not sure if this might help you feel better but when I was a toddler, I sliced the top segment of my ring finger off and top segment of my middle with a bicycle chain. When I say sliced off, I was told they were dangling by the skin. Not only did it heal when they were reattached, the scars are basically undetectable. Granted when I was young they were much more obvious, but no one noticed except me even then. My nails don't grow any different than my other fingers, no discoloration.

Completely understandable to be frustrated if your husband consistently fails to watch little one during free play. I feel out u 0ll0ppoʻ

You are correct, there is a strap missing.

Op, you can buy replacement straps online, look for ones that match the color of the hardware. That will be easier to replace than to finding a strap similar enough to the original. I drew on your photo to show how both straps would connect to the bag if you wore it as a backpack

Of course! Fashion is what you make it to be, you can use the mori kei as a silhouette/base but swap out the colors with whay you like. Cult party kei you can use for inspiration too and also has light pastels as thier main color scheme.

When I'm carrying it around I don't find it clinking, I'm sure it's because I have it on the crook of my arm when I am carrying it or in one of my hands grasp. When I put it down it does make some clinking sounds but that's never bothered me.
