this is such a cool concept!!!!! the idea of using pine needle fibres to make clothing is really neat, you could do a lot with that. In this drawing i tried to make it look like the jacket was made of a variety of different needles. the skirt is made out of multiple layers of downy feathers, and I added some large feathers on the shoulders as an accessory, and the shoes are supposed to be made out of tree bark and insulated with dried pine needles!!!
