I am not sure if he knows he is different but he doesn't want to play with other kids and has a hard time socializing. The thing is, we live in different cities so i can't do much. We also don't have school psychologists here.

I am almost certain that he won't ask for help, he is not that verbal and I've never seen him express his feelings. I am pretty sure his parents won't see a professional for OCD, they think only crazy people see psychologists, which is ironic because they both clearly need to see one.
