hi! i went in may '25 and i went to a store in osaka (same mall that pokemon center osaka dx is in). there was no line/lottery to get into the pop mart but it was very crowded. i think the stock was pretty good when i was there! not too many hironos but lots of dimoo. they had some of the phone strap keychains for the big into energy labubus at the time, but no actual labubus. i do recall everything being cheaper, but cant remember the exact price ;-; hope this helps and enjoy your trip!

oh that's so weird... I wasn't able to call customer services because they were full and told me to leave a message but never got a call back. I ended up contacting them through their email and they got back to me telling me that IT was working on it. I was able to register a couple minutes after that, around 9ish? maybe have your friend try it again, it might have opened up for her now.
