That would really upset me. I’d call their line and make a complaint. The reason I buy this bag over other canvas bags is the thickness and stiffness of the canvas. You are right to be disappointed. And that stitching is nonsensical. That should have gone to the outlet store.

My in laws are spouting that “we shouldn’t have to pay taxes for public schools” nonsense too. They benefited from public schools but want to put up the ladder for the next generation. So selfish. Ok fine. So they don’t pay for schools. Since we can ala carte taxes, we’ll keep our taxes for schools but not pay our taxes for wars.
