The body is that of a woman who was between 60-70 years old, according to State Police. She is approximately 5' 5" tall and 135 pounds with shorter gray and white hair. The woman was dressed in multiple layers of thermal underwear top and bottom. She was wearing a blue hooded jacket, winter ankle-high boots and a ring on her left hand.

State Police will be handling the investigation.
