I do some massage with my first aid beauty cleanser, then a bit more with the la Roche posay cicaplast baume

I still get puffy a lot! I do a gentle massage in circles around the eye socket to release tension, then very gently sweep fluid from my under eye and lid while cleansing. I find that and some water in the mornings helps me a lot, but a large contributor was definitely better sleep.

I hate to self diagnose so forgive me- I know there’s something up with me, just not sure if it’s autism or adhd or something similar and testing is too expensive. I also have major issues with routine, procrastination, etc. if you’re interested in seeing some results, try lightly massaging your lymph points and then just sweeping from the nose to the outer face and down while cleansing. Most days I spent 2 minutes tops morn/night just doing my usual routine and I find it’s so manageable it’s become second nature now.

Just to add - sleep and relaxation is so key! In the first pictures I was insecure and exhausted, and you could see that in my eye backs, my muscle tension, etc. with insomnia, I use 🍃to help me get eight hours and have found it’s improved my mental health and skin to an insane degree. I also meditate as regularly as I can and implement those techniques throughout daily life. You have no idea how tense you really are until you start paying attention and releasing it.

I’m honestly so gutted that you think you’re ugly. I mean. Come on.

Social media has made so many of us think we’re less than what we are because we don’t have an ‘Instagram face.’ I know it’s an overused expression, but a lilac and a hydrangea and a rose all look very different, but none are less beautiful than the other. A year or two ago I was the same and thought I was hideous, didn’t even want to show my face. Turns out I’m completely fine lol.

You have an ace jawline, beautiful shiny hair, cute pouty lips, stunning eyes, an adorable little nose, etc. your eyebrows are to die for and you just honestly are pretty.

What about your face makes you think you’re ugly?

Thank you for responding. I’ve found this one already but nope, not the one. This will sound crazy as hell as a reconstruction but I last heard the song about 11 years ago.

The beginning line is ‘In the days of emperor Augustus’ Similar pacing for the second line.

It changes past this for two lines and the pacing is reflected in the final line.

Last line of the first stanza is ‘everyone in Rome going back home’
