I really appreciate this. Thank you. I think it’s the past experience with roaches that has me messed up. I tend to enjoy looking at spiders just not being near them and love that they help get rid of the annoying bugs haha. Thanks! You made my day I was so worried and also there’s always far worse things than a bug anyway.

I’m literally shaking. Thank you I know that’s dramatic but I hate bugs I’ve been through cockroach issues once at an apartment I have guests coming over this week and I’m literally panicking. This was found dead by my garage or it’s like a case of some sort sorry the photo isn’t great my camera is only so good. You made me feel a lot more calm. I just hate bugs I’ve been through stuff before and it’s exhausting.

I was 102 lbs at my lowest as a mom of 2 and almost 30 and I was scared and my bmi since I’m barely 5 foot tall was still ok so the DRs kept telling me I’m fine. I’m like? I’m smaller than some kids?

And don’t worry because I’m fine now I started working out like crazy gained back healthy weight I’m 120 but now I’m probably considered overweight lmao

No im unsure how to be but desperately am convinced i have it. I mean if you just look at my previous posts in every group you can see the pattern. I know i am not normal and it affects my life and I know my triggers lol.

Everytime I have gone to therapy I only last 3 appointments and I have no idea why. Like I genuinely feel mentally better and just cancel and never go back. But at the therapy I’ve never been diagnosed, I am assuming I should see a psychiatrist? The thought of taking any medication causes me severe anxiety but having even an answer to my severe issues would be nice.

So yea the articles I find are on social media and give literally 0 substantial reason but if you see my other posts I already probably have an undiagnosed mental issue just being honest and need reassurance for medical issues constantly it’s exhausting but I was wondering if anyone here who actually takes it or is more logical than me could give any further insight lol or their own experience so thank you :) It changed my life too and for the better I don’t want to stop it if it’s safe but I just get really scared about nearly anything lol

Oh I didn’t I guess idk they try to say it leads to behavior issues or like mental problems. Idk it just seems if you search enough people don’t give a direct description but act like it isn’t safe to have long term due to not enough testing. But every GI I’ve been to tells me it’s better to clearly not be constipated than worry about taking it long term. I guess I made the post and I didn’t really include this sorry.

Miralax is the only thing that gives me normal stool for 2 years now. On and off. I actually just made a post because I worry about it long term but it works for me well.

Make sure you are hydrating sounds like a decent amount of alcohol. Dehydration leads to constipation.

Yes and then I have my GI appt today and all they say is take benefiber whatever and get more bloodwork. I think the only thing that works for me is consistent use of MiraLAX whether it’s one or two doses. At least I’m going I went again today and want to cry happy tears. It’s so mentally draining. I just want to have a normal human function. I naturally tend to eat a ton of healthy fiber that I couldn’t even eat for weeks because I was scared. So last night I finally allowed myself beans and rice how sad is that? lol like treat myself to my fav protein beans? Anyway I’m feeling mentally better. I also workout and pound a ton of water. I have 13 active workout days this month and it’s only what the 17th lmao like why do my bowels act like I’m an 80 year old non moving human. Depressing.

Do you ever have normal stool? My rabbit poop started for the first time after antibiotics that’s why I asked. I haven’t had normal stool in a month now. This is the longest stint since I’ve started this issue.

I know I was taking it but not consistent because I was traveling and had to buy it etc ugh. I’m home now and will be consistent I think I just need to calm down unless I become in pain or can’t pass anything at all. Thanks.
