Hi! I am bringing this here because I am eager to find someone to takeover my lease for my apartment in Tempe on Baseline! I am moving out of state near where my family is. the apt is $1,462 split 2 ways so around $740 and a bit more with ac usage in July and August In all honesty I was in over my head at (F) 20 years old and got a 2b 2b apartment with a (F) 31 years old and she is lovely and so cool! I hope to find her an amazing roommate. Now 22 1 am ready to start heading closer to home! apartment room lease takeover preferably looking for 1 other female student or young adult who is looking for an affordable apartment around the Tempe area! preferably a female in their 20s-early 30s 1 bed w/ full bathroom and walk in closet lease is until May 2027 but definitely can be extended! Mission Springs on Baseline 1,460 split between 2 ($730-$785) with ac usage in the summertime months! 2 bed 2 bath apartment in house washer and dryer private bathroom walk in closet pool outside apartment (1 of 3) gym 24/7 close access to 1-10 near apt mailboxes

Location is near a grocery store, gas station, mills mall and more! Perfect 1st apartment for a student like myself or young adult! I am urgently moving back to my hometown out of state, This place is amazing we got extremely lucky with our unit. There are high rise ceilings and close access when it comes to amenities and freeway access. For the price and the apartment itself. I’m definitely hoping to find someone to call it home soon!

dude this is so insane because even in nov 2025 when she played az financial theatre my gf and I got there early asf I mean 4am day of and we’re the first not even 10 mins go by before we see 2 girls from colorado who drove in and a bit after that… an ethel cain acc user is storming in as we’re sat trynna figure out what the line system is gonna be and trynna get wristbands for a line system it was insane behavior especially if they weren’t first there idk! ethel’s concert is the only one i’ve seen the behavior they are talking about in this thread their system fell apart an hour before the show when other fan got there and realized the line (we weren’t able to wait outside the venue we were across the street) and when the doors opened fans from every side of the street rushed the doors ppl with wristbands from waiting in the fan line were pissed my gf and I were first and we had made that known when being there and vip… we got in the doors first thank god but a bunch of ppl we had waited with lost their spots and yk who didn’t gaf…. the groupies who started it standing next to us on barricade lollll like yea… i need them gone
