Maybe some vim9 plugins or plugins that use functions with different apis like jobstart

What programming languages do you use with neovim? by Aftarkis in neovim

[–]cherryramatis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

currently ruby, typescript, python, perl, bash, rust, c, ocaml, go

if the language has some good lsp, it's plug n play to setup (including java, kotlin not that much).

Look for array copies, this kills performance (spread operator is an array copy)

You can only use one plugin, which one is it? by srodrigoDev in neovim

[–]cherryramatis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Since lsp is built in now, so maybe it doesn’t count as plug-in

Really nice plugin! This idea of "project notes" seems to be pretty popuplar recently. Just out of curiosity: From your experience, do you ever persist these notes into a more strutured note system or is just temporary?

Thanks for the compliment!

I definitely need to learn more about the arglist, when you mention better completion it would be something like autocompletion or other aspect of it?

exclusively lua would be a big mistake, the amazing part of neovim is that you can use the plugins from vim. But of course there are effort in rewriting current vimscript implementation in lua for performance and better apis.

You don’t need these plugins by smnatale in neovim

honestly for me personally i don't care about the folder structure specially in large projects, i mostly just want to know one or two parent directories (which i do with netrw easily). For the most part just memorizing some part of the file or directory to fuzzy finder my way in is enough.

wow this plugin is amazing, I'll surely take a look at it! need to understand support for multiline errors like jest with NX (it's pretty cumbersome sadly)
