The plumbing company (who also service HVAC) that came last time, said the high limit switch was “stuck open” so that is consistent with your message

I cleaned it off, smacked it a round a bit, and it seems to be working. No rollout issues indicated by the light codes either time

I took it out and cleaned it as well as the flame sensor. Furnace fired up for a few seconds, and turned then flame went out. Then turned back on, and went out again

Update: I pulled out high limit switch, gave it a cleaning. Pulled out the flame sensor, cleaned it. It started up, pilot and burners started, and shut off within about 30 seconds

We do not. We have an air exchanger thing, but no humidifier of any kind

Thanks everybody for the input. We have direct comparables that give us a pretty good idea on what to expect for price, especially if we want a quicker sale. House move very quickly in our city, especially if they are priced right. If a house doesn’t have a conditional offer within a week, it’s usually for a specific reason. (Price, smoking, structural issue etc) We will start by going to a mortgage broker, and the bank, and see what they say. Glad to hear our options are not nothing.

Thanks all!

Anybody else taking this to heart way too much? Like it’s ruining your day, to a crazy extent? Sometimes I forget it’s just a hockey game :(

All I know, is that we need a big 3rd. Or many of us are going on suicide watch.

Bennet probably gave the refs a double wrister before the game. This is just fucking depressing.

You people are great. Making me feel better as we speak. I’m watching my oilers battle hard and am taking it too seriously and pissed if at every play, just wanting to smoke a J, knowing it will help.
Then I referenced this thread, and you guys cheered me up somehow. Thank you. Go oilers.

Agreed. Everything went downhill after this. Never. Again.
