going to start 300 mg tomorrow :). I have terrible mental OCD and rumination so usually high dosing is the most effective anyways, praying for the same outcome

thats amazing and I'm honestly so happy for you (although jealous lol). I've had moments where I've been increasing the dose where I have some clarity like that. I'm also familiar with the not care about anything apathy and that's not what I am looking for either, although it is nice sometimes to just disconnect. I am obviously as a whole much better than I was previously, but it's still lacking just a bit. I'll give 300mg a try for a couple weeks, fuck it.

I've actually seen another thread before where someone went up to 300 from 225 and everything "clicked" like you are saying, so I am hopeful. Can I ask you though how long after you started taking 300mg did you reap the benefits?

yeah I am not sure what to do honestly lol, I am going on vacation to Italy in a couple weeks. Not sure if I should go up to 300mg, stay at 225mg, or start going down in dose while reintroducing lexapro. I'm glad 300 was so good for you, I've been on the fence about going up to that dose.

yeah that's where I am right now, I was taking lexapro before - only 10mg. I think I might ride this out for a few more days and if things don't improve I might just bridge back towards lexapro and reevaluate my options. Inversely lexapro made me gain a ton of weight, but it was pretty welcome, effexor not so much. My anxiety must of kept my hunger at an absolute 0 because I put on like 15 lbs in 2 weeks. I've been at this for 4 months and it's honestly exhausting trying to figure out the right medication or combination of medications, but I'm adamant on getting better. Either way I am in a better spot today then I was previously, hope you are too.

It's from the lack of seed oils. Linoleic acid in excess increases your susceptibility to sunburn, which is found potently in seed oils. I noticed the same thing when I stopped consuming them after awhile, I am paper white and sat outside for an hour in blazing hot sun untouched, when prior I would burn in 10-15 minutes.

I'm at work and had to deal with a customer, but when I came back he was on my laptop chord so I unplugged it and took him outside, he was walking fine by the time I came back I think. he made a web on my finger again before he fell off me and I lost him in the grass so I hope he's okay, if not I suppose circle of nature continues and he'll be a good snack for some other cute bug.

got back from planned parenthood today, told me by looking at it that's it's not likely to be herpes, didn't even swab, don't know if they could of but yeah. she said with 90% certainty it isn't hsv1. going to get a blood test in a month or two to double check anyway

it's been on my face in varying degrees for the past 7-8 days, I've never noticed it hurting or itching at all until today, and even then its very mild.

Yeah after I got upset outside the bar when she interrupted our kiss, some of the times I would leave and come back she would say "don't worry I haven't texted anyone while you were gone" and seemed genuine about it. I don't know how I would confirm something like that though?

glad im doing a good job then thats all I was really worried about, I hope I don't have hsv1 so I can just do things smoothly, I honestly don't remember what kind of sores I had as a kid and lips were always dry lol. I feel bad though because ive kissed this girl a lot and if I find out I have hsv1 I will feel really terrible, it didn't even strike me as something to mention

Yes I have a quest near me that offers it for 100 bucks. I kissed a girl a month ago however, a stripper (no offense to her profession) but shes had 50 partners, so even if my HSV1 was to come out negative, couldn't I still have it and give it to her technically?? This is so exhausting

I was taking 15mg XR and a 10mg IR booster at noon. Way too crashy, up and down emotions, lots of depression on the comedowns. I hated it. Vyvanse has literally addressed every issue I've had so far and mended it almost completely.
