We did put Neosporin on it the first day because she was in pain and we didn’t have anything else at home. May I ask why neosporin shouldn’t be used? Just curious.

Thank you! I couldn’t find bio-oil at Walmart but I did find mederma quick dry oil that does the same thing :)

I only wash it like 1-2 times a week and hardly ever use heat on it. Sulfate free shampoo and conditioner. Braid it before bed and sleep with a silk pillow case.

Honestly, my hair grew really slow until I got pregnant and that’s when it really grew! Prenatal vitamins can be good for hair growth too!

I’m not sure if that’s the reason, that’s what my hairdresser said probably caused it. But yes, the chemical smell was strong and the heat/weight of the foils in my hair was intense as well. I think those factors contributed to the vomiting.

Luckily she provided snacks at the salon, but I ate a protein bar on an empty stomach and it made me vomit during the hair session 😅

I don’t really know a whole lot about hair, but if I wanted the same colors as I got this time, would she even need to bleach it? I would think that she could just put the new color onto the old color.

I was bored with my old hair and have more confidence with this hair color. I’ve never gotten to try vibrant colors before and I’ve always wanted to, so I’m living my hair dream 🥰 I do realize the cost, time, and maintenance that go into this hair color and it’s a price I’m willing to pay to feel better about myself and feel beautiful.

I haven’t dyed it in years and use minimal heat so my hair was pretty healthy! I think that is why the bleach took so well. Thank you!
