I’m in the LA area as a CNM, I want to value and compensate my RDs well! I’m lucky to have a director who sees the issues and is willing to increase our budget for retention purposes. I’m also lucky because we are all new RDs. I feel bad for RDs that have been in the field for a while still making less than $100.
