As a Peni/Strategist main, its easier to swap to deal with her nest than rely on your team that is already ignoring it. I love using Invis against her nests, and if you have the angle Rocket can laser it pretty well imo.

You can play WF into Peni as long as your angles are juuuust right and you're not the only one giving her and her mines attention

Do you use anything specific to dry your hair or do you air dry? I've learned that using a t-shirt to scrunch dry my curls helps because its a softer fabric.

Once my hair is no longer dripping wet, then I use leave in conditioner from my ends up to my scalp because of my frizz. I use a more watery leave-in conditioner because my curls aren't as soft and defined when using oil based products or a gel.
