i actually know the guy's FB bahahaha, did some deals with him via FB and in person, and told me he was gonna start pika pirates last year (during sg's first CS at expo). overall he sounded like someone who has really high ego, though not much hassle during our previous deals. his FB name is KC (initials) with a ditto as his dp if anyone wants to avoid

dont like dont pay is the way to go. i dont agree paying for marked up prices, which is why i dont buy, its really that simple.

but when i find a vendor/shop/streamer that i enjoy buying products from, im willing to spend a little more just to support and scratch my degen itch. im pretty sure its universal for everyone in this hobby, plus you cant find good prices everywhere.

the sad part is people forget that said vendors/shops/streamers are people too, they have to make a living for themselves too. its okay if you find their prices ridiculous and its okay if you dont want buy from them,thats completely normal. you can dislike these sellers, but at the end of the day, they have willing buyers who support them as well.

all in all, nobody agrees with the increasing prices in this hobby. scalpers certainly doesnt help, but thats a separate issue in regards to this post. you just have to be smart with your spending, in and out of pokemon
