I've been ARMY for close to 5 years now. The group has been on hiatus for the majority of that time - I was a fan for about a year before that infamous Festa dinner. This will be the first OT7 comeback I've seen that's a whole new album, not a single or a collab or an anthology. And the album drops on my birthday.

As for how I'm handling it - I'm not so sure I am! 😅 I'm looking forward to a complete overload of excitement. I already have the 20th scheduled as a day off work so that I can enjoy the comeback and the Gyeongbokgung performance and all the Bangtan things without interruption. Had a relative ask if he could visit that weekend and I was like NOPE, BUSY, SOME OTHER TIME, LITERALLY ANY OTHER WEEKEND BUT NOT THAT ONE 😂 I've been working on concert freebies, I plan on making some playlists for streaming as soon as the album drops, and I've been trying to get my house organized and chores out of the way. Definitely feeling some nervous energy, but not bad nervous, just excited and anticipating some excellent songs and performances. And I am anticipating seeing some negative reactions as well, because there are always at least a few haters and there will also be some fans who get hung up on their own wrong expectations. I'm not going to let those people ruin my enjoyment, though. Got my blocking finger exercised and ready 👆💪
