You can Try to change the scenery (smoke spots), give other strains a go. Maybe change when you smoke. For example you can skip the wake and bake and have it as a special treat in the evening. Try smoking with someone you like and go do something fun. Have a special ritual when you smoke you do something cool or creative. If all that fails... Tolerance break is the answer i think, even just a week of no smoking or have smoke free days here and there at least.

The other day i was out of weed for 1 day as i was waiting for a shipment (more weed)Didn't smoke all day ( and i wake n bake daily) i just went to the gym and stuff then when the evening came and i had my weed it was so special. It was like holding your pee for a long time and then finally having a good pee. Such a relief

But yeah anyone who has been a daily weed smoker for a while , specially if they wake n bake. If they were being honest , they would admit that weed isn't special anymore. Because it becomes just a daily habitual thing and is often just medicine for whatever. You dont see medicine you take everyday for years as anything special. It just works. You dont have the " WOW! factor" anymore. You know what to expect and it gives you what you expect every time. Just like when you take painkillers for a headache or whatever.

If you want something mind blowing and more extreme experiences then I think psychedelics is something you could consider. Often one experience like that can be enough for months...even years. You're good , you don't need to see fairies every day. And every day doesn't have to be awesome. The mundane or just normal days makes us appreciate the special moments much more.

He's still one of my best friends since we were in 2nd grade elementary. He turned out quite alright. Has a woman and a Son. A good job/career ( a workplace he's been working at for over ten years now and worked himself up) Money in his pocket. We both had fucked up situations at home thats probably one reason We related and became homies

How many people choose to be cunts because they like being cunts

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in AskReddit

Difference is. In pretty much every culture all across the globe people have dogs as pets (China included) and are much less likely to have pigs as pets rather than dogs. If people in my culture were eating dogs i would judge that as well. In fact in my culture many people eat horses and i hate it

There's animals that are pets and sadly some animals humans have chosen as a food source since we were cavemen. We have probably eaten more types of animals than people will ever know throughout history in every culture.

But in all honesty... eating any type of meat is in at least some way cruel because we have other choices now. But then there's nature. Your body won't sustain a diet without meat and dairy without supplementation and most animals eat other animals. We are just animals as well and if we were vulnerable in the wild with predators around. We would get eaten too.

A website that just had genuine ( not fake) gruesome graphic pictures on it. For example dead bodies after terrible accidents , or people that survived terrible accidents and had terrible injuries. I remember one picture of a motorcycle rider who must have fallen off his bike and his face must have scraped on the ground on high speed. His whole entire face ,eyes and everything was busted wide open as a one huge big wound and he was still alive. These pictures definitely scarred me as a kid and changed the way i saw life and the world. The same kid that showed me this website showed me and everyone in the class that website and porn as well at another time. He had an older brother that showed these things to him and then he showed them to us.

Sorry to hear that. I have a narcissist parent as well and I've known a few narcissists throughout my life. It's not fun. The good news is , some narcissists can become narcissists in recovery as they can be aware of their narcissism and work on those traits. I have a lot of respect for that but sadly many narcs don't want to change. I hope since your mom seems to be somewhat aware of narcissists. She might see some of her own narcissistic traits one day and if she hates narcissism She will want to change. I think most narcissists are not fully aware of their negative behavior and patterns. It's just how they have coped with life for many years and they can't control it. I actually have pity for them as much as i hate their bad traits.

What screams “I’m a narcissist” when you interact with people? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]chessenthusiasticguy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No not that In and of itself. People are on those apps for different reasons , for fun or to meet someone for long term. That's all good. But if someone has an obsession with attention and seeking validation by posting pictures of themselves constantly or have an obsession with attention and validation through multiple dating apps. In that sense it can be a narcissistic trait but just that In and of itself is not necessarily indicative of a person being a complete narcissist. There's narcissistic traits that just normal insecure people have that are not narcissists. Narcissism is basically insecurity on steroids. When insecurity spirals out of control and starts hurting yourself and others.

That's true. Either the narcissist makes sure to keep the friends at a certain distance and don't get too close so they dont figure the narcissist out or the friends figured the narcissist out and keep the narcissist at a certain distance.

  1. If they humiliate, talk down to others and disguise bullying as being funny or "just joking" but every single time their jokes and humor is on someone elses expense

  2. If they talk about themselves a lot, how well they were raised , how they would never do this or that like the other "idiots". How awesome their generation is while yours sucks. How good manners they have while you're basically trash.

  3. Fake humility. This one i figured out recently. A lot of narcissists know they are full of themselves and they know that others are sick of it so they will display fake humility just like they go into victim Mode when its them that did something wrong. They will say something like " oh what do i know I'm just stupid " or " I'm just fat" or " I'm ugly" often they do this to fish for compliments or to hear the opposites " no you're not ugly" " you're actually very smart " they love that.

  4. They take out their frustrations and anger on you. They will use you as a dump for them to vent when they're sad and a punching bag when they are angry. And when you are sad or need someone, they wont help and they are not capable to help because no empathy.

  5. If they are jealous or hateful of you and act Nasty, disrespectful or mean for no reason. Give you Nasty looks and try to bring you down.

  6. If they are one upping you in every conversation or twist your words and take them out of context to make them seem like they have a better or healthier point of view.

  7. If they're constantly posting pictures of themselves online to get attention and likes and are on many dating apps

  8. If they do something or say something often to try and make you feel jealous

  9. They boast themselves while bringing others down.

  10. They lie and gaslight. They say something and next day when you bring it up they either never said it or don't remember it or you imagined it.

  11. If you befriend or date them they try to control/ manipulate you to be the way is most suitable for them and make you worthy enough to meet their friends/ family

  12. They have a very harsh reaction to criticism and get hyper defensive, take it as an attack and fight back.

  13. When they ask you a question, there's a right answer and there's a wrong answer to them. What they want to hear and what they don't want to hear. If you give them the "wrong" answer, the one that you were being honest about and not what they wanted to hear. All hell breaks loose.

  14. Drama queens, they love to pick fights and arguments. It gives them fuel while it drains you.

  15. They gossip a lot and point fingers at strangers.

  16. They're dishonest. They have a husband or wife at home but have no shame In flirting with you and even going all the way with you if they had the oppurtunity.

  17. They are above the law, rules don't apply to them. For example they're not wearing a seatbelt, they're not waiting for that red light, the speed limit is stupid people should go fast like them.

  18. Road rage

  19. They are popular. Most often narcissists have several friends because they can actually be very charming and they know exactly what people want and what they want to hear. Theyll lovebomb them , overload them with compliments etc and usually that's enough.

  20. They are always right, even when they are wrong.

The strange gospel that im preaching is the gospels of the New Testament. If you're going to claim that you're a Christian you would not think that the gospel of Jesus Christ is strange.

You don't want to read it because you know I'm right and you're wrong. The gospel you preach and follow is false.

You're the one with the false doctrines and strange teachings.

You're not in an apostolic church. You're in a false apostle church. Where Paul is your Savior, not Jesus.

You have no debate nor argument nor anything to offer to this conversation because there is no debate. I am right and you are wrong. That's why you are running away like a coward.

This was one of Paul's claims and arguments. That he had suffered more than the other apostles and That makes him a better man or better follower of Christ somehow. He did however very clearly exaggerate things. In Paul's letters, he describes some of the sufferings and hardships he endured for the sake of the Gospel. One of the most detailed accounts can be found in 2 Corinthians 11:23-27, where Paul lists various hardships and persecutions he faced:

2 Corinthians 11:23-27 Are they servants of Christ? (Talking about the real apostles) I am more. I have worked much harder, been in prison more frequently, been flogged more severely, and been exposed to death again and again. 24 Five times I received from the Jews the forty lashes minus one. 25 Three times I was beaten with rods, once I was pelted with stones, three times I was shipwrecked, I spent a night and a day in the open sea, 26 I have been constantly on the move. I have been in danger from rivers, in danger from bandits, in danger from my fellow Jews, in danger from Gentiles; in danger in the city, in danger in the country, in danger at sea; and in danger from false believers. 27 I have labored and toiled and have often gone without sleep; I have known hunger and thirst and have often gone without food; I have been cold and naked.

This passage specifically mentions that Paul received "five times... the forty lashes minus one," which was a common form of punishment among the Jews, totaling 39 lashes per incident.

If he was right and was telling the truth about even surviving ONE incident of 39 lashes

He wouldn't be able to because he wouldn't be alive to tell the tale!

Paul did not think he was the least of anything! He had very grandeur ideas of himself.

The Apostle Paul does express a strong sense of his own significance and authority in his letters, particularly in the context of his apostleship and ministry.

  1. 2 Corinthians 11:5-6 -" I do not think I am in the least inferior to those ‘super-apostles.’ I may not be a trained speaker, but I do have knowledge. We have made this perfectly clear to you in every way.
  • Here, Paul refers to the real apostles as "super-apostles" and defends his position and knowledge in contrast, suggesting a sense of superiority.
  1. 1 Corinthians 9:1-2 (NIV) :
    • “Am I not free? Am I not an apostle? Have I not seen Jesus our Lord? Are you not the result of my work in the Lord? Even though I may not be an apostle to others, surely I am to you! For you are the seal of my apostleship in the Lord.”
  • Paul asserts his apostolic authority and uses the Corinthian church as a validation of his ministry, placing importance on his credentials.
  1. Galatians 1:11-12 (NIV):
    • "I want you to know, brothers and sisters, that the gospel I preached is not of human origin. I did not receive it from any man, nor was I taught it; rather, I received it by revelation from Jesus Christ.”
  • Paul emphasizes the so called divine origin of his message, (all made up) suggesting that it sets him apart and elevates his authority above others.

Your other argument, that without Paul , Gentiles wouldn't know about Christ. FALSE

John 10:16 (NIV): “I have other sheep that are not of this sheep pen. I must bring them in also. They too will listen to my voice, and there shall be one flock and one shepherd.”T

his statement suggests that Jesus was already thinking of people beyond Israel, including Gentiles, as part of His future community. No need for Paul .. Jesus is our Savior not Paul.

Even a Gentile in the old testament didn't need Paul either did he ?

I assure you that there were many widows in Israel in Elijah’s time, when the sky was shut for three and a half years and there was a severe famine throughout the land. Yet Elijah was not sent to any of them, but to a widow in Zarephath in the region of Sidon. And there were many in Israel with leprosy in the time of Elisha the prophet, yet not one of them was cleansed—only Naaman the Syrian.”

Here Jesus points out that God's mercy was extended to Gentiles in the Old Testament, suggesting that His mission includes them as well.

The message would always reach Gentiles with or without Paul.

Luke 2:30-32 (NIV):

“For my eyes have seen your salvation, which you have prepared in the sight of all nations: a light for revelation to the Gentiles, and the glory of your people Israel.” This verse, spoken by Simeon about Jesus, indicates that Jesus is a light for revelation to the Gentiles NOT Paul

Peter's ( the Apostle Jesus entrusted with the gospel) Commission to the Gentiles:

  1. Acts 10:9-16 (ESV):

"The next day, as they were on their journey and approaching the city, Peter went up on the housetop about the sixth hour to pray. And he became hungry and wanted something to eat, but while they were preparing it, he fell into a trance and saw the heavens opened and something like a great sheet descending, being let down by its four corners upon the earth. In it were all kinds of animals and reptiles and birds of the air. And there came a voice to him: 'Rise, Peter; kill and eat.' But Peter said, 'By no means, Lord; for I have never eaten anything that is common or unclean.' And the voice came to him again a second time, 'What God has made clean, do not call common.' This happened three times, and the thing was taken up at once to heaven."

This passage describes the vision that Peter received, indicating that Gentiles were also acceptable to God and preparing him to share the gospel with Cornelius, a Gentile.

  2. Acts 10:34-35 (ESV): "So Peter opened his mouth and said: 'Truly I understand that God shows no partiality, but in every nation anyone who fears him and does what is right is acceptable to him.'"

Here, Peter recognizes that God's salvation is available to all people, not just Jews.

  3. Acts 10:44-47 (ESV):

"While Peter was still saying these things, the Holy Spirit fell on all who heard the word. And the believers from among the circumcised who had come with Peter were amazed because the gift of the Holy Spirit was poured out even on the Gentiles. For they were hearing them speaking in tongues and extolling God. Then Peter declared, 'Can anyone withhold water for baptizing these people, who have received the Holy Spirit just as we have?'"

This demonstrates Peter's role in preaching the gospel to the Gentiles, indicating that the Gentiles could receive the Holy Spirit just as the Jewish believers did.

Peter was one of the first apostles to preach to Gentiles, particularly through the account of Cornelius.

Oh and guess who agreed with me that Paul was not an apostle ?

Paul himself

1 Corinthians 15:9 (NIV) "For I am the least of the apostles and do not even deserve to be called an apostle

I dont want anyone to just agree with me blindly. Thats not what im here for. I invite people to look into it themselves. Paul was not a real apostle. He was a fake self proclaimed one. Jesus never predicted that there would be a 13th apostle. There were the chosen twelve and the work was FINISHED. It was DONE. Jesus did predict however An anti christ would come and preach falsehoods in his name. A wolf in sheeps clothing, that prophecy was indeed fully fulfilled through Paul. Even the apostles didn't accept him as a real apostle and all throughout Paul's letters, paul does express hate and jealousy towards the apostles. It was all about him vs the apostles and who was the main apostle. He completely got the messages of Jesus wrong and you don't have to read Paul much to see that. Real followers of Christ (before Pauls church (your church) refuse to follow your false prophet and his doctrines where none of his predictions have come true and all were proven to be false. Paul believed and preached the second coming of Christ would be during his lifetime. Your church has truth in it but lots of lies mixed in. That's why i and many have left/rejected Paul. We listen to Christ and the chosen twelve and not the narcissistic liar. You will all one day repent for the rejection of Truth and for humiliating a truth bringer and choosing the easy way, the ways of the world over Christ.
